1. PAYMENT TERMS

We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.

3. DELIVERY TIME

We dispatch your products within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order. Delivery time would be between 3-10 working days depending on your location. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services. Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays and festivals.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not have a return policy. For exchange of the purchased product we might request you to share an image of your product/ s. for your order to qualify as an exchange. You must raise an exchange request by emailing us on beeu.bags@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order received. The customer will bear the shipping charges to our warehouse for all the other reason of exchange other than if the product delivered is damaged. The product must dispatched to our warehouse within 48 hours after the exchange request is raised.

Products purchased during sale will not be exchanged/returned.

Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with. Product must be in perfect condition. Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
